Huntsville wedding photographer: TAKE ME BACK to this STUNNING Portage Inn Wedding. OH MY GOODNESS! The South East Asian-Muskoka fusion theme of Vicki & Raaj’s wedding brought together the rich traditions of Raaj’s Indian roots along with the majestic vistas and atmosphere that Muskoka is renowned for. The day was absolutely flawless from start to finish; from the stunning panoramic lake view from The Portage Inn, to the vibrant and elegant gold & jewel toned decor, as well as the delicious Indian food and the PACKED dance floor (where all the guests were taught some key Bollywood dance moves and danced the night away until 1am). And of course we can’t leave out the radiant bride and groom in their their custom-made outfits that were designed & purchased while the bride and groom were traveling in India. I had such a blast capturing the love that Vicki and Raaj share and cannot WAIT for my next Indian wedding. Honestly, I have such a soft spot for butter chicken and “screwing in the lightbulb” dance moves…I couldn’t help but join in and try out a couple of moves myself while I was photographing the reception.
